Richard Wilson

Richard Wilson is a Product Manager at A-G Canada, the successor company to ISM Library Information Services and Utlas, which was set up in 1997 when the company was purchased by Auto-Graphics of Pomona, California. He is a member of the ILL Protocol Implementors' Group, a group of vendors working on implementation of the ISO 10160/10161 standard. Richard has an MLS from McGill University and worked at McGill, Concordia University, and John Abbott College in Montreal before joining Utlas in 1985.
