Resource Sharing Forum: Relais

Relais is an automated ILL management and Document Delivery system, designed to help libraries improve the services offered to their patrons and partners. As part of the Resource Sharing Forum, Relais will be described, including:

• technical environment
• what roles are supported for the user
• provisions that Relais makes for supporting full text and commercial document suppliers
• how Relais can be used in a consortial environment
• how Relais interacts with external systems
